    Can someone from MTN please help me..

    I am at a loss of words. I officially ported to MTN 1 week ago. Yet, the sim card I was given says "sim failed to register". I phoned the helpdesk 5 times only to be told "Wait 24 hours aqnd it will work - I assure you" I have driven 10km to the Service Center at Northgate 5 times...
