intellipower not working

    Tedelex Intellipower UPS not working.

    When load shedding took place the other day this unit did not kick in. The green light indicated connection to the mains but the battery light did not come on during load shedding and the unit is basically dead. I got a reading of 13.1 Volts from the battery terminals so have no idea why they...
