When load shedding took place the other day this unit did not kick in. The green light indicated connection to the mains but the battery light did not come on during load shedding and the unit is basically dead.
I got a reading of 13.1 Volts from the battery terminals so have no idea why they should not have supplied power.
Could the charger have something to do with this problem?
After testing the batteries I switched on the mains. Now the green light also does not come on.
I can find no place in Durban who could possibly effect a repair.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
