Cars with "L" at the back?
The last time I passed my learners, I'm sure I read in that colourful book that when you have a learners, you're suppose to drive with someone with a licence of your own car class. But just everywhere, freeway, urban, highway I always see people with cars with "L" driving alone? So this has changed?- NeonNinja
