    Buying a car in Lesotho

    Well my partner bought a car Lesotho ,we went there 3 times on the fourth time ,he went alone to complete the car paperwork..now the car is in his name but the customs did not allow the car to pass this time around...they were given documents but they are saying the car is mot allowed to leave...
