Domestic Effluence Levy
My fiance and I recently bought into a sectional title, and now with the first month levy statement, the managing agent has added a domestic effluent charge, nearly R 600, but we are paying rates and taxes of nearly R 1000. Can they do this?- Wonderland Questions
