I dont even know where to go anymore as im losing my mind. I requested to move my fibre line to a new house on 2 Dec. On 4 Dec, vumatel came to trench and run the fibre from the street. All dandy i thought. I have been trying to get details from Mweb from then until now and i have no connection...
