    'Faster' line speed than Data speed - can this be done?

    Hi, I am a little disappointed by the 'best effort' syndrome of ISPs. All seem to offer a combination package of data and line and are quite prepared to charge for the 'full' speed paid for but never achieved however 'because of Telkom.' Let's say I would really like to have 4mbs of adsl...
