mweb slow on telkom line

    4mbps Mweb ADSL 30KB/s

    Hi, I have 4mbps Mweb uncapped shaped ADSL on a 4mbps Telkom line. Yesterday, I was getting ~450KB/s, which is quite normal; today, I am getting 30KB/s maximum. I tried to phone the exchange, but they said there was no problem. My router and pots filter are fine. I'm not even going to bother...
