4mbps Mweb ADSL 30KB/s

Hi, I have 4mbps Mweb uncapped shaped ADSL on a 4mbps Telkom line. Yesterday, I was getting ~450KB/s, which is quite normal; today, I am getting 30KB/s maximum. I tried to phone the exchange, but they said there was no problem. My router and pots filter are fine. I'm not even going to bother phoning or emailing Mweb, because it takes so long for a response :/. I had this problem about 5 moths ago when I had 1mbps uncapped, and it seemed to just randomly fix itself. Do you know what the problem might be?

Please let me know if this is the downloading speed with https, torrents, steam, etc? How is your general browsing, it that fine?

Not just you having same problem with torrents on same account on my 4 meg line was getting 430 kb before

The results provided, was it done with nothing running in the background? All downloads were stopped and not paused?

Stopped all downloads nothing was running when doing it

Redid it to check and got similar results, but strangely my latency is perfect in games and in other things its just the speed is limited

Isnt 100% but better than it was averaging 80 kb/s its probably the seeding now which is problem not account, since America is asleep
