    Fibre line registered to previous owner - Cannot get access

    Hey all, I am hoping someone has experienced what I am experiencing. I bought a house and took occupation. The previous owner gave notice late, so the fibre line in the house is registered to them per Vumatel. I am trying to get my ISP to active the line but Vumatel will not allow it. My ISP...
