Telkom techs (4 different)
First one on the 25th (Saturday) (4 days response time...): Can't do ****, exchange is closed on...
Had a new phone line activated (we already had the lines in our apartment) 31/03/2011, then ordered a dsl line as soon as the phone line was working.
2 days later, the phone line is DEAD! Logged the fault on Monday 04/04/2011.
Then Tuesday 05/04/2011, get an sms saying the dsl is active...
