Weird - not being shaped
I am with mweb uncapped for about 1 week now I've been downloading torrents and my speed is sitting at 250-380KB/s all the time - all DAY Aren't speeds supposed to be very slow in the day and then faster at night... Am i just lucky?- 3p1c
