Weird - not being shaped

I am with mweb uncapped for about 1 week now

I've been downloading torrents and my speed is sitting at 250-380KB/s all the time - all DAY

Aren't speeds supposed to be very slow in the day and then faster at night...

Am i just lucky?

is it open torrents sites where you download without logging in username etc?

Im on the R530 pm uncapped - defo is shaped acc:

23/03/11 MWEB Uncapped 4096 kbps 23/03/11 -> 30/04/11 = R 695.48

Downloading from open sites yes - using tracker blocking application to assure annonimty - and flying at 360k+ whole day.....
