Vespa purchase with no VIN
Hello I hope someone can give me information on how to go about registering an old Vespa 1981. The scooter belongs to a lady who had it since new. I requested a photo from her of the vespa's certificate of registration but next to VIN it says UNKNOWN. The rate seems normal under condition...- Phill111987
