    Extremely slow ADSL?

    I've got a 384 K Openweb Gold account for the past 2 years I've been able to download off hosts such as Rapidshare and Megaupload at a minimum of 20 KBps and maximum of around 30-40 KBPS, however for the past 2 weeks - speed has suddenly dropped to between 1 and 10 KBPS. Can anyone suggest...
