    Moving within the same exchange

    Ok, So the Edgemead exchange is at capacity apparently. I currently have an ADSL line, so why if I move 900 meters down the road they can't transfer the line? Is there some issues that prevent them from doing it? Anyone that can give me an explanation regarding this it would be great!
