Increased line speed does not speed up overseas connections
On a 4Mb/s line I was getting 3.5Mb/s for both local and overseas sites. Telkom upgraded it to a 10Mb/s line. Now I get 7Mb/s for local sites but still only 3.5Mb/s on overseas sites. Why?- Francorbb
