Help With Partition Magic

Hi, I am running Windows 7 RC1 64X on my PC. I used to have Vista 64X which I have "deleted" because I now use Win7. The Vista Partition still exists with some Vista stuff on it. I need the 40GB and Windows wont let me delete the stuff inside. I cant format the partition because windows says NO...
