Help With Partition Magic

Hi,
I am running Windows 7 RC1 64X on my PC. I used to have Vista 64X which I have "deleted" because I now use Win7. The Vista Partition still exists with some Vista stuff on it. I need the 40GB and Windows wont let me delete the stuff inside. I cant format the partition because windows says NO NO! I am trying to use partition magic but it only pics up my 2 HDD's and none of the partitions :(

HELP?

HiREN's Boot CD?
 
Before you stuff it up why is Windows saying "NO NO"? Are you sure that it is not your boot/system disk??
 
You can dual boot off a single harddisk, or you can dual boot off two disks. You can also split a single/dual boot over two disks; one boot and one system disk. If you do split it like this, then windows will not let you format the disk, because your machine will no longer boot....
