    Need help with hard drive failure

    Hey, Any hardware specialists out there who can help me? My hard drive failed - when I started up it just said select drive to boot from and would not accept the drive. So I put another 1TB drive in with Windows 7 and it asked me to reauthenticate... after that it pops up this error...
