About to pre-order a Samsung Galaxy S20 - based on previous experiences, can anyone advise who to go to for this or more specifically, who to avoid (so as not to be disappointed on launch day). Does anyone know who/where to go for earliest deliveries? Normally, my default is Incredible...- Tag11

Support Tickets Disappearing
I created a support ticket yesterday (Ticket ID: DET-276-44977) In regards to my pre-order for fibre. but when I when to check on the progress of my ticket, it doesn't display in my clientzone active tickets tab, so i dont know whats happening. PS4 Preorder delayed and I'm told to be patient!!!!
I pre ordered a PS4 in June under the impression that this would secure an early copy of the console. As of this writing I could get the console from Kalahari.com or BT Games. So bassically I pre-ordered my PS4 today from SAConsoles.com and recieved my Stock Credit Ticket.... :D Boejaw, I know Phoenix Tech has a cheaper offering, but they are always so slow and late, and I got my xbox from saconsoles and it was delivered the same day. :erm::o:o:o Anyone else...
