Please note that I am not receiving replies to my complaints and cannot get through to your call centre. I have cancelled this service last month and was debited again for something I am not using, please refund my account immediately as this debit on my account was without my consent.
I have been without connectivity for 2 days. I called Rain contact centre numerous times and no one seems to have an idea of how to resolve my network issues. Both my 4G and 5G are off and I’m supposed to have started working today (working from home) but couldn’t because Rain seems to be down...
