I have been without connectivity for 2 days. I called Rain contact centre numerous times and no one seems to have an idea of how to resolve my network issues. Both my 4G and 5G are off and I’m supposed to have started working today (working from home) but couldn’t because Rain seems to be down in my house as my neighbours one’s are working. Has anyone experience this and how did they resolve it since it’s clear I can’t rely on contact centre to help?
