    Code 3 vehicle registrations stopped?

    I was informed that the 31 August was the last day that code 3 vehicles could be registered in SA. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this? It seems highly unlikely due to the fact that it would automatically and immediately make probably thousands of cars and bikes nothing but scrap,and...
