I'm connected to the Rosebank exchange about 6 months ago there was an issue and they downgraded it from 10mb to 4mb. I've called Telkom several times and their response is that the 10mb upgrade was experimental and they have no timeline on when the upgrade will actually be re-instated. Has...- kolakidd
