Rosebank Exchange

I'm connected to the Rosebank exchange about 6 months ago there was an issue and they downgraded it from 10mb to 4mb. I've called Telkom several times and their response is that the 10mb upgrade was experimental and they have no timeline on when the upgrade will actually be re-instated.

Has anyone got any idea's on how to put pressure them to upgrade this exchange, I find it bewildering that such an important exchange is still at 4mb.

My line sync's @ 6mbps - Telkom says it's a 4mbps exchange, but according to broadbandstats it should do 10mbps: http://www.broadbandstats.co.za/exchange.php?exch_id=RRBA&campaign=true

I'm <500m from the exchange, with excellent line quality...
