    I am a high end web developer thats largely peaked for my category of web development salary wise. I have a salary review coming up, and want to know if there are any financial data I can use to argue for a bigger increase. Any ideas?

    Salary increase

    After reading Dolbys thread I thought I'll start one of my own. What was your annual increase like this year? What is the current inflation rate? I joined my current company in November 2010 and just received a 7% increase.
