    Samsung HDD pcb needed? hdd does not spin

    Hi There, I received a dead 3.5" external from my friend. the drive does not power up nor does it spin. i took the drive out and placed it into another external casing and connected it and i started to smell something burning by the sata/power connection. i assume the pcb is a goner but i see...
