    Scammed - where to go for help?

    I was recently scammed by an online shop. Where can one go for help? The police doesn't assist because they regard it as a 'voluntary transaction', insurance won't pay without a case number, people who have been scammed by the same company, have had limited success with the Consumer Ombudsman...
