Once again I have 0.8 mb upload I logged this yesterday and nobody has helped once again same thing today. Why do I pay for 25mb when I never get it. They claim unthrottled but clearly this is a lie. When customer service do finally contact you they are rude and not helpful. Who has the same...- Olly78
