Once again I have 0.8 mb upload I logged this yesterday and nobody has helped once again same thing today. Why do I pay for 25mb when I never get it. They claim unthrottled but clearly this is a lie. When customer service do finally contact you they are rude and not helpful. Who has the same problem? And what service is better than them?

Who is the FNO? Often FNO problems are common across all ISPs and hoping ISPs does not solve it.
 
Vox since the beginning of time. Occasional reboot and port reset needed.

One billing issue that was resolved.

Never struggled.

Is this on cable or Wifi?
Fibre or DSL?
The likes of Vox network doesn't degrade to this; there is clearly something else wrong
 
vox is having bad connection to google now. very high latency, lucky that having vpn to aonther isp locally, everything is fine now.
