    Please Help... Me or Telkom?

    Hi guys I was wondering if any of you guys can figure something out... I have a 7mbps line (capped :() from telkom. Usually my line gets about 600-700kbps dl speed on a torrent or free flow website. As for the last few weeks my LOL ping has been through the roof my war3 is fine though...
