    So I'm over MWEB's throttling, recommendations?

    Title says it, mweb throttle's my 2mbs line at a lower threshold than my friends 1mbs line (80gb vs 100gb+) so I'm looking for a new ISP. Any recommendations especially looking for a provider that's more lenient with throttling in general.
