    Manned Speed Trap Near Constantia/Wynberg

    There's a guy lying up with a camera on the M3 in Cape Town (blue route) just before you get to Wynberg/Bisphopscourt. He's waiting for people not to reduce speed from 100 to 80 on the hill. He's hard to see, so be careful.
