    uncapped Telkom to uncapped axxess

    Hey guys I moved into a new place and they have uncapped telkom internet 4mb but its is terrible intermittent speed drops from 200kb to 20kb strange thing is internet browses fine and voip based calls are fine. i tried disabling the routers wan setups and did a ppp straight from my pc...
