TELKOM VEVG2660 Router Issue

Hi All, Virgin-Post-Alert Can anyone assist me with whether the VEVG2660 can work with public static IP's, Right now i can't seem to get this configured right, If this is the wrong router to do this, then what other routers can you suggest ?
