TELKOM VEVG2660 Router Issue

Can anyone assist me with whether the VEVG2660 can work with public static IP's,
Right now i can't seem to get this configured right,

If this is the wrong router to do this, then what other routers can you suggest ?

Your ISP has to assign you a static IP, your router just gets the IP from the ISP.
