Telkom ADSL Speed
Telkom advertise the "Do Basic" package speed as 384kbps. Speed tests regularly show I only get .31mbps; 10% of Telkom’s promise. I have had Telkom test the line etc but they claim congestion. Surely this is not accpetable.- RogerN
