    Windows is triggering me so badly by doing something that makes no sense.

    Quite a simple issue to reproduce but i just dont know why its going this. Issue: I grabbed a Ubuntu wallpaper off the internet that has a res of 4096x2304 and i set it as my wallpaper, i come back a few min later and i see that the image has gone low quality.
