    MWEB - 4Mbps Business Unshapped Uncapped HORRIBLE @ R2000pm

    Condition MWeb says my CISCO is sync`d at 4Mb/s Negative - When I'm lucky it spikes to ~1.3 Mb/s - Speed test indicates ~2 Mb/s, but I never get that speed.
