High Pay In Charges

Upgrade fees
Went in to Vodacom to see if my phone is one of the ones that went up when they changed specials on the 7th and I see there's still a R150 Upgrade fee. I could swear I remember reading something about that being illegal? Am I just insane? :D- AntiThesis
