Telkom staff dosn't know what the hell is going on.........
Hey guys, So I tried to upgrade my ADSL line from 10mb to 20mb VDSL.... Firstly i phoned Telkom(10210) on the 14th of December 2015 and spoke to a woman in regards to the upgrade, she gave me a reference number and explained that a "Technician" will need to go to my exchange to move me over...- Apostel
