windowx xp hangs start up

    help please! win xp pc hangs loading windows

    hey all, first time in this section, hoping someone can help me fast!! got a pc used for tax/sars/corp banking and there is a problem which i wanna fix without having to reinstall.. it runs windows xp, its not too old and has a E2200 processor and 1gb of ram with gigabyte g31 mother board...
