Windows XP read-only problem
I have trouble with my installation of XP (work) SP2. For some reason after a techie re-imaged it, -I cannot unlock the task bar -Certain folders are read only (like FF plugins - making it impossible to install flash for e.g.,) -I cannot change view options in Windows Explorer All these... -
