    Slow Downloads Speeds

    after 6pm my download speeds drop to 10 kilobytes down to 3.5 kilobytes i have tried everything to fix the issue i use to have 1.2 megabytes download on my other DSL Account. i can show a speedtest OOKLA Speedtest App For Windows 10 x64
