Tell Trevor LOL even if the campaign is bs, tell him that too.
 
I did allready I even have to reference numbers with cell-c allready to resolve the query.

Basically I signed up for the All Week 100 package at R49,00 (I got the free phone to go with that price, which is still brandnew as I don't use it I am happy with my old better phone I have) but they're billing me for the R100,00 price. The more I tell the Cell-C people that I am not stupid that if I take the phone which comes with the R49,00 I am not planning on paying R100,00 then I might as well have taken the more expensive and better phone for the R100,00. I didn't really need a new phone I just wanted the cheapest possible contract. How long can it take them to resolve that. If I got the phone for the R49,00 contract don't bill me R100,00

So stay away from cell©. I know I'll move once my contract is finished. they own the copyright on incompetence
