Ø?

Ok, so I installed HLSW, to make it easier for me to connect to COD4 and other game servers.
When I looked at the ping to a server, it showed " 111, Ø109.0 "

So, what does Ø mean in the computer world related with the Ping?
I know at school in Graphic Design and maths is diameter.
