Rain website not online and on my rain sim - appears to be no internet. Can anyone else confirm?

could be teraco is experiencing issues?, weve got equipment at teraco and it keeps intermittently failing.
might be related?

rain's website says my account is in arrears, then says it proceeds to say that I owe an amount of R225 of R250 while bank says I owe R250. OTP SMS however says I owe R1160... still no internet access

i need to settle my account first before the sim is working again.. so i am not picking up signal from Rain
