071 number abuse

so heres the deal, this guy keeps calling me all day today, about 10 times so far, the number is 0715237416.

he speaks in an african dialect that i dont understand, the one time i told him to stop calling me he had the wrong number he just started laughing at me.

Is there anything i can do besides ignore it? i cant switch my phone off for work reasons so i want to report it to Vodacom.

let me know if you got any ideas, or you can just start calling him back over and over from PVT number.

Not sure what phone you are using but I see similar posts and always wonder why you don't just get an application like blacklist and block the number.

i never knew about blacklist, however something i did notice, this number is now sending me text messages to call for free rings tones and all sorts of offers, how do they get your number? i never subscribe to anything. it's clearly some sort of scam, they not answering the number now, i am using a free dialer with a fax and i am calling the number every 10 minutes, i hope that irritates them.
